Cubs accept this trade to get a very good pitcher in Santana and a pitcher with lots of potential in Kazmir. I have cap so I can take on the extra money.

I accept. I get another decent arm for my pen and Hocheaver should put up numbers similar to Kazmir for less the price. Santana wasn't going to pitch a full season anyhow. Plus I get closer to the cap!!
