Should we have a deadline? As of now, we have one, but I've heard from many people that the league becomes dead.
I suggest a deadline as the start of the playoffs. Maybe even all eliminated teams can trade, as well.
What does everyone else think?

I agree, some leagues do die after the trade deadline if their team is not in contention, trading make a league fun and much more active

The trade Deadline should be when the playoffs start and eliminated teams can still trade.

OK seems like league consensus is no trading deadline...so are we going with the idea of playoff deadline, trade if eliminated?

I personally think no trade deadline should apply to all teams, playoff and eliminated.

Maybe, but then teams can stack up during the playoffs by trading away their entire farm, that's the major concern.

I say we have a deadline right before playoffs. For playoff teams. Non playoff teams have no trade deadline. Then every team eliminated from playoffs can begin trading. It works in one league I am in.
But what do I know?
