Kinda like priority on a waiver claim, you send me a list of up to fifteen unowned prospects that you want (via PM). If you have player A as your number 3 priority, but someone else has him at #2, that other team gets the player. Ties in priority go to the team with the worse W-L%.
Also, if you choose a spect that is already owned, you lose that priority spot.
You have until next Friday at noon eastern time to send me your picks, no later. You can also PM me with any questions. Thank you!

BTW they don't have to be spects from your farm.

OK deadline passed. I only got from Giants and Dodgers (and I sent mine to Commish pre-draft), so they get all of their picks. We should probably do another in the offseason.

Yeah i dont think any owners knew about it. Off Season would be better as a lot of people are busy right now.
