I accept i get Smoak who is capable of matching or doing better than Lind, Chatwood a young SP who will help my team, and Martin who looks like he might be the future CF in Texas because Borbon has been sucking. I add young talent while Whitesox gets ready for the postseason race.

Btw i looked on Cots and that's the contract I found for Lind. Correct me if I'm wrong

Accept. However Lind is in his 5th year according to Baseball-Reference, so he follows the player scale. Someone else can check but I believe it's $1m (5).

I really believed I needed another bat for this year. Smoak and Chatwood have had average years. I believe that Smoak will be a good 1B in the future but Lind is a step above (and isn't old, he's 28). Plus, Martin won't help me this year. I also got him for free esentially cuz I got him in the Rule 5. Overall, I think we both benefit.

Approve, Chatwood and Smoak have high hopeful futures and he gets a solid spect too. I'm a Lind owner in another league and he's cooled down, but I guess makes sense for CHW since he is in the playoffs most likely and has excess in SP. Smart move by both sides.
