Everyone is a member of the Trade Committee and everyone can vote. Remember, four approvals for a trade to pass, four vetoes for a trade to be rejected.

The Trade Committee exists to help avoid collusion amongst the owners and promote fairness. Nowhere does it state that we are to control how others view their prospects or young players. Now obviously a trade can and should be vetoed if players with proven track records are being traded for peanuts. We can't actively veto trades just because we view a teams young unproven talent differently than they do.
This thread is not to condemn anyone but to remind the TC that opinions do not make trades, owners do. Please remember that in order for this league to remain fun, it needs to be run smoothly by all of us and without malice. Please don't take any of this the wrong way. This league is full of survivors and we need to be able to bend if this league is going to continue to thrive.

Agreed. Some god-awful trades should get vetoed, but not ones that may be a little unfavorable for one team.
