I accept this deal. Alex is getting old and his contract expires next year. I dont know if his production will continue or regress and I need some stablility behind 3B in case Chipper decides to have an injury (which he will). Prado is a stud. Period

I accept this trade because I just added Jose Lopez to my roster (I forgot about him) who is a very solid player and has 20 HR potential. I get a solid inexpensive SS with Alex Gonzalez, a much needed 2nd round draft pick, and a solid prospect in Elmer Reyes

Lopez could have a bounce back year in Colorado and Gozalez is a nice stop-gap. Prado is a stud but I worry that his moving to LF this season will stunt his offensive potential (as his numbers fell off the few games he played there last season).
