Giants recieve
Starlin Castro SS .5 mil (2)
Tommy Hanson SP 1 mil (3)
Brett Jackson OF (prospect)
Cubs recieve
Ryan Howard 1B 13.5 mil
I did this deal because I get a great SS, a pretty good SP, and a top 50 prospect according to mlb.com. I also lose Howard but there is alot of 1B talent in free agentcy and i clear more cap.

Veto. I personally don't like Howard and those are three top-of-the-line young talents there.

I do this trade to get a young stud. power hitting is getting scarce and i get the best in the league. Howard makes my team a contender now. Castro is a good SS but i feel he is 1 dimensional with BA, not a whole lot of power, not a whole lot of speed. Hanson is a great young pitcher and Jackson is a 5 tool player but is blocked by the Cubs exspensive OF.

I'll approve, but Cubs should know that he's throwing away years of winning down the road.

I approve. Castro could be a top 5 SS some day and Hanson should be an ace soon as well. Howard is going to bang the ball around for 35-45 HR's so this deal is fairly even all things considered.

Veto, Hanson will develop into an ace, Starlin Castro has a lot of potential and hit .300 in his rookie campaign, and Brett Jackson is a top 25 MLB prospect if Howard was 21 it would be fair but at 31 this trade is unjust (in my eyes)

APPROVE THIS TRADE PASSES it think ryan howard has 4 or 5 years more of 35 HR and 100 rbis left in the tank
