The Salary cap will always stay at 100M. You will be able to trade the payments of contracts, but never cap.
Your Major League Roster will consist of 5 Starting Pitchers, 5 Relief Pitchers a Catcher, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, LF, CF, RF and a 7 Bench(NL) and 6 Bench (AL). In the AL we will have a utility spot, which will simulate the DH spot. The maximum amount of players in your majors at one time is 25, you can not go over this number or else you will get penalized.
Position Eligability is 10 games played during the season and 20 games played to be carried over into the next season.
Your Minor League Roster will consist of your teams minor league players, at the start. We will have a limit of 30 prospects, but you will be able to go over that cap at .2M per prospect.
