Giants recieve
Brent Morel 3B .3 million (1)
Hak-Ju Lee SS (prospect)
Cubs 2011 2nd round pick

Cubs recieve
Jose Bautista 2.4 mil 2011(Phils pay 7.35 mil from previous trade)

I did this deal because I trade a guy I am still not sold on and I get a younger 3Bmen a great SS prospect in Lee and I replenish my draft alittle.

I accept this trade to get a top 50 player that should put up 30+HR at a thin position. Morel should be a nice player but dont want to have a developing player start at 3B for my team. Lee is going to have to compete with all of the top prospects such as Tim Beckham to start for the Rays.
And the best thing is i wont have to overpay to sign a 3B in FA.
