The Rangers proposed this deal because I think Justin Upton is an unbelievable talent. He is the key to the deal.
Granderson is good and Murphy is solid and feliz is good but I feel that byrd is also good and that Upton has the potential to be outstanding. I am losing quite a bit in the bullpen but I can add to that through FA and I can build around Upton.

I accept. I give up a good young RF in Upton, but I get a very good young closer, which my team needs. My offense takes a hit, but I think this gives me a top pitching staff for years to come with potential that could be solid this year. Although Granderson hurts the BA, I like the power.

Approve. Feliz is a top-3 dynasty closer, while Granderson is pretty good himself. Upton is a prime hitter.

Approve, but this one is pretty close to 'veto-able'.
Put simply, one team is giving up a closer that could potentially save 40 games for a great offensive team this year and a CF who will more then likely hit 25-32 HR and steal 20 bases, plus a guy in Murphy, if he were a starter, would probably hit 15-20 HR. All that for a very inconsistant Upton and an aging Byrd who is good for batting average only.
