That is a lot to give up but Matusz should become an ace and I think Russell will have a good year in pinstripes.
Approve

Sorry I gotta go with veto. Blue jays are way overpaying imo. A bunch of top spects and a solid pick is just too much. Matusz may develop into an ace but who knows? He was only average last year. And martin has been declining for years now. He likely won't even start the whole season.

Veto. I think Toronto gives up way too much. A few of those guys will end up being MLB starters and Turner could be an ace.

i dont see why this trade is getting vetoed. just because you feel a trade is uneven doesnt mean you should veto it. trades happen all the time in real where people feel one team is giving up way too much. The point of vetoing a trade is to prevent other team from being taken advantage of and to prevent teams from working together with trades and cheating the system. The Blue Jays and i agreed on this trade because clearly he is trying to win now and im not. His prospects wont help him at all this year. Matusz has the ability to be a top 10 pitcher in the league this season and martin could end up being a great starting catcher. All he is giving up is 5 prospects who could end up never amounting to anything in the big leagues. Just because in your opinion those prospects have too much potential is no reason to veto the trade. None of those prospects have even played in the majors yet. So if people are just going to veto trades they dont like just let me know and ill resign and let someone else play

Blue jays won't be any good this year anyway. It doesn't make sense to trade away his whole future for one pitcher who may become good. And just as you say the prospects may never amount to anything, the same can be said for Matusz. I think that Turner has a better chance to become an ace than Matusz does.

turner is still in the minors. matusz is having success in the majors. matusz already has amounted to something and so has martin. like i say vetoes should be in place not to prevent trades you dont like but only to prevent cheating. if two owners like the trade and honestly feel it makes their teams better there is no reason for a veto so its obvious the league will not change its opinion on the matter so ill have to resign

Trades should only be vetoed to avoid collusion and promote fairness, this trade does not affect any team this season in a negative way.

If Matusz hasn't proved anything, neither has Turner...
